no doubt about it mate,i would invest in some whey protein tho as eating a meal every 2.5/3 hours is quite difficult,make sure you have a well structured diet,eat 1.5g of protein and 2.5/3g of good carbs per lb of body weight,dont forget your essential fatty acids and drink plenty of water.as for your weights as long as you have heavy enough weights to struggle lifting them and enough dicipline to train hard and religiously you should be fine but you will eventually need to start a gym.as long as you stick to these guidelines you should gain some lean mass muscle (assuming this is what you want).try doing 30 minutes cardio on a morning too,this combined with the diet you should soon lose the fat.hope this helps. gaz |
