I've heard that after sex all the testosterone turns to estrogen, is that true?? And if so does this go against building muscle?? Should you cut back on sex when training, keep it the same or get as much as you can??? Thoughts please........... |

i have sex at least 5 times a day. never done me any wrong. but then if im honest i'm married so its normaly on my own!! lol aparrantly while your, you know, finishing!  you have a surge of testerone. this cant be bad surely? |

just make sure you eat some carbs or your body might digest some of the protein in your muscle for energy, depends how long you go at it for, never done me any harm  |
