Where I train, the ipod comes in real handy sometimes, not just for music but its stops people talking to me if I just wanna get on and lift otherwise it can get a bit 20 questions during busy sessions.

Add your favorite track to train to, to the list and lets make a hardcore playlist.

I'll start it off with . . . .

Foo Fighters "DOA"

if your making a work out play list bozatron then track one has to be foo fighters but all my life!

i used to have this on as i walk out the changing room along the corridor up the stairs and in to the iron room.

if that dont get blood bursting out your ears nothing will.

who needs a walm up??

d.o.a is pucker but if you put it to a vote 'all my life' will win

Thunder, AC/DC, something that stirs the blood and gets you up for it !!

Rock music , as you have gathered, is usually the music of choice for me to train to.

Otherwise I have an eclectic taste, listen to all sorts of stuff.

Reaper.

If your talking AC/DC for me it would be TNT but Thunder it is, Reaper consider yourself on the list

track1 - Foo Fighters "All My Life"
track2 - Beasty Boys "Sabotage"
track3 - Metallica - which one kez??
track4 - Foo Fighters "DOA"
track5 - AC/DC "Thunder"

I reckon 7 more tracks and we got ourselves a workout, anyone care to add?
Doesn't have to be rock you know, all though so far I am liking it

Its gotta be Dig by Mudvayne for me - if you guys aint heard it then give it a go...we need more tracks, the guy who runs my gym is waiting for me to put the CD together!!!

"The iron never lies to you...you can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard...the iron will always kick you the real deal...the iron is a great reference point, the all knowing perspective giver...always there like a beacon in the pitch black...I have found the iron to be my greatest friend....it never freaks out on me, never runs...friends may come and go, but 200lbs is always 200lbs..."

Sevendust-skeleton song or Lost prophets - burn burn.....

Ok, I might be leaving myself out for some abuse, but try Rap music with decent beat lines to jogging, always seem to run for longer than if I have some rock / Mental playing - that seems to be better to weight lifting. but Hey, what do I know!
