Can anybody here help me!

At least 4-6 times a year I pull a muscle in my Traps when training shoulders.  Does anybody know a good way of warming up the Traps before a workout.

I usually do a few light sets of dumbell upright rows or Dumbell Shrugs, but this doesn't always stop the injury from occuring.

Any tips would be much appreciated.

hi mick, are you doing behind the neck presses by any chance? if so i would stop as this often causes injury. If not then could it be down to poor form? you prob wont like it but you might have to lower the weight and make sure form is spot on.
