Hey great pics PJ. You'll be shredded at u90kgs for sure!!

Had you in second tho mate, no contest.

Anyway its qualification that matters and you done that well sir

I have you top 3 at the British this year. Have faith in your physique mate. Of all the competitors competing this year in our class I think you are the one that could really upset the applecart and I really do genuinely mean that.

Great physique with no real apparant weaknesses...Quality

Hes on the right hand side Kez.

Where is Pats condition??? And why are you 3rd PJ??  Strrrange judging my friend.

I wont go on a Lee Priest judging rage but it certainly is way off the mark!

At that weight, 97kg (including your bling, cast iron boots etc) you look very well indeed.

You just need a good wring out to come in nice and crisp for the British Finals

How did you come third in that line up?
I have judged a number of shows in my time, and looking at the pics third was a bad result for you, I can't see anyone better than you in the line up !!! You should have been first!

Just my considered opinion.

will do PJ, don't think he's doing the finals as he's eating anything and everything at the moment  , think he's retiring while he's a winner. mind you all it ususally takes to get him competing again is watching a competition,
By the way mate I agree with everyone else you should have been placed first you look from the pictures to have more muscle density, symmetry etc than the others

James,

Its motivating to hear positive words - especially coming from a british champion! I never take nothin for granted - so im not thinking about placings, rather about being the best I can be. It has been said many times before that its easy to look great in the gym the week before - but its bringing it to the stage that really counts. Ask anyone who knows me I am the master of looking great the week before - then shite onstage - part of that is that im never afraid to try new things, secondly Im still learning about my body - I have only done 6 shows so far - leeds being the 6th. This time round I feel I will be much closer to bringing the winning formula that works for me. The brits is just around the corner, yet as you know at this stage the days can seem like months - its a testing time, but thats why ther can be only one champion. So good luck to everyone competing, I hope the classes are judged fairly and honestly - and may the best man win - C'mon lets be sporting about it!

Once again thanks again James for your comments.

Paul,

I kno exactly where I need to be and how i need to look come the brits - and I am working hard at getting there. Win, lose or draw I will bring my best package and conditioning yet! Ill see you there mate - and thanks for all ur help man.

Reaper,

All I heard from people at the show was about my placing - it is nice to hear, some had me second, some had me first - and no doubt some had me third as did the judges. I got my qualification - and at around 15 stones showed that I could stand with guys at 18 stone plus - Pat got third in the heavies last year and Dave who won got 5th - so regardless of my placing it was a confidence booster. Again thanks for your comments, they are appreciated

Wingy,

Tell Ian to get his a** down to sheffeild - when hes ready! For some hardcore workouts - the guy needs to be a LHW not a middle - so lets beef it up!
