Excellent bravo. Thats a cracking physic you've created in a short time. Have you trained in the past and had a long lay off? Don't worry about the english i bet theres not many people on here who can speak latvian.  |

wehen i did mass - no cardio,no muwe,meny food,hard worcoyt 2-3 times per week +deka +metandienon LA,i has 105kg.after -protein diet,meny cardio 4-5 times per week 30-60 min, worcout the same 2-3 times per week,but weight is low because diet,+ metandienone british dispensary(basic is diet), i have now 87kg,my height is 175cm.  |
