Bravo - when you say "normal" food - for example what would you want to eat? What is you off season diet at the moment?

3 may is x day,i eat at the moment 100 grams carbs and 250 - 300 grams protein, normal food i think maybe potatous with big steak one day evning bifor day x,because i to hear from other bodybuilders some byilders eat which like one day befor day x and then sometimes will have good condition in day x.SENKS PJ
