 I wonder is someone here can help and advise me As presently I am on the following morning regime 5 days a week consecutivley at my gym Cardio 15 mins on cross trainer Then full body workout (I do 3 sets of 8 on each body part with 15 secs intervals) Train abs approx 100 crunches with 10kg weights (4 sets of 25 with 30 secs intervals) Finish with 15 mins on treadmill I also play squash twice a week and play 60 mins of 5 a side once a week Before I go to the gym I drink 1 glass of pomegranete juice and my post workout drink is a protein shake with 20g of whey protein isolate followed by a bowl of cornflakes I eat meat every lunchtime either in a white baguette or in a jacket spud, dinner is always rice with beef or chicken I am wanting to pack on some lean mass but at the same time lose my spare type, I have a good set of shoulders, chest and legs, only my abs seem to let me down as I have very little definition Is this adequate for me to burn fat and get lean Thanks in advance |
