training about 8 months see some gains but want 2 look ripped has any body got good tips thanks

Without going into precise amounts/cals weights of foods etc.

High protein
V low fat (efa's)
low carb (complex)
Increase fibrous carbs from green vegetables
Drink 6 litres of pure water daily

Top and bottom line is cardio twice daily - 1 session am before breakfast - 1 session pm after workout (before pwo meal/shake)

Try supplementing with:

Once everything else is in place these will enhance fat burning.
