i am doing a lot of cardio now to assist in my fat loss, i am doing 5 days a week and it consists of 30 mins out with the dogs at 7am before break, its mostly uphill and pretty tiring, i then do 20 mins cross trainer mid morning and 30 mins bike at night, the thing is should i cut down the amount of sets i do on legs as i am using them a lot with the cardio, or keep it the same, i dont want to end up with stick thin legs as i have overtrained them!!..... as they are not massive in the first place!!

Kez - Keep your leg training the same cut the 20 minute miday session and look at increasing your morning and pwo session by 10 mins each - That will yeaild FAR better results

Yeah - keep ur clas high as normal but from clean food - make sure you incorporate 4 egg yolks daily - these are a good source of cholesterol which your body uses as the raw material to metabolise into testosterones. Also add in some ZMA and tribullus - or even better the AXIS HT. Then let nature take its course....
