I've only just joined this forum, although been reading on it for the last few weeks now. So Hi to everyone.
I've been training for around 2 years now and started taking supplements just over a year ago.
I started with Xyeince Nox CG3 but found on my second cycle, i didnt get the same results as on my first. I then tried No X plode and the same again - great results on the first cycle but not so good on my second.
Does anyone else find this? Also, does anyone have any suggestions as an alternative to No xplode for pre workout?
The cycle times ive been doing is 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
welcome to the site mate,try giving the grenade a try,they work for me.Ive read on here that all stimulants have a reverse effect if used over 4 weeks at a time so you should try 4 on 1 off.or a cheaper option is to buy some caffine capsules and a couple of diet redbulls before. If ya fancy the grenades they sell them on this site heres a link.
I've been going with the cycle times recomended by the manufacturer but have been doing the max cycle times so maybe this is why i am not seeing such effects. I'm almost finished my cycle now, so will give it some time off, then try with 4 weeks on, 1 week off cycle.
The Grenade looks good, and ive read some peoples comments on this site about it, so i'm gonna give it a try.
Dont know it anyone can help me again, but i'm also currently stacking BSN nitrix and Celmass, would these be ok to continue with if i use grenade?
I find after a while the body seems to adapt to these energy drinks,i was taking caffiene kick but ive adapted to it now so brought myself a tub of pre-aktivate and is working great so far,prob try the new yates one later
Cheers for the advice and info guys. I'm thinking that this could be what my problem is - body adapting coupled with the length of cycle times i'm doing.
Gonna try the shorter cycle, and see how i go with it.
