ive been back to training for about ayear now after a 7year gap im 35 yrs old now and am having lots of pains in my tendons around the back of my elbow ,just finished a heavy cycle any suggestions
Glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, essential oil such as fish fats, plenty of water - and see a physio. In the meantime stay away from exercises that cause u too much pain, and try using some ibuprofen.
Educate the public so bodybuilding gets the respect it deserves - we are ATHLETES!
