............A big well done to James Lewis for winning the light heavies and the overall. He was a deserved winner and it was a pleasure to be part of what was 'the class of the night'

There was a lot of speculation before the show and for all the things that were said and done, the best man won on the day.

I wish him well in his BBing career and know that it will go from strength to strength now he has his pro card.

As for me I was in the shape of my life and sport a very different physique to flex but his superior shape shone thru on sunday. I had the time of my life on stage and want to thank all in the class for making it an absolute belter.

I will be back next year. Training has started today. Watch out for a new and improved version in 2008.

Well my friend you are indeed too modest. I, and a number of people I spoke too, thought you could have taken it. Great as Flex is, your density and condition were oh so slightly better on the day. But being the subjective sport that it is its only an opinion, and boy it was soooo close between you two.  

I know Flex and a nicer chap you could not wish to meet, but on this occasion he was a tad fortunate in the result.

Well done, if not this year, look forward to next year, because a Champion you most certainly are.
