Andy,
I started taking creating last week and started to feel the difference after 5 days. Going on maintenance now.  I'd be pleased to know how you get on with AXIS HT

This morning, I was going like a train on the treadmill at 6kph. Did 3 kilometres for cardio and felt I could have gone on for ever but stopped to start weights.  Suddenly felt giddy. Gym assistant thought it may have been dehydration.  Do I need to increase water intake when taking creatine? I also take 2 doses 50grams of whey isolate which as PJ advised me is a diuretic. also just started Grenades 2 days ago.

Creatine will make you thirsty mate, heard of quite a few story's can leave you with a dry throat.. saying that my mate.. with the grenades also im not suprised you need some water..how much are you even drinking now?

id say 2ltr min and 6 would be perfect.. water is like the gold hidden supplement....because its there and not being advertised you dont take it..where in fact its a major thing.. drink up m8

Try increasing the ammount you intake and im sure you should notice your energy and strength levels will increase just by the water intake.
If i dont drink the ammount my body is used to befor a workout i wont have the same intenstity workout. And even during workout i have a big bottle of water with me to keep me hidrated.

A good tip for making you drink more..say you go up to the water foutain at work..drink a bottle/cup THEN fill it again to take back to your desk..

Also.. if you have trouble with the taste of water.. you can make your own squash..without the nasty stuff.. get a bottle of water and put fresh fruit in it..ie an orange.. leave it in the bottle and leave it in the fridge for 24hrs.. next day it should be a nice tasting drink! worth a try

Creatine sucks water into the muscle, so most def drink more, if you dont you wont get the benefit from the creatine either....
The Grenades are a burner so somewhat a stimulant I believe, combine that with a bit of dehydration (which people are most likely to be in a morning) and a good run then, I can see your dizzy spell happening....
Iv heard someone before saying the grenades made them feel like they could push much harder and really motivate you.... Take it easy, you dont want to over do it.... The harder you train the more recovery you will need, try doing your weights first then have a gentle run after....this will burn the fat better for you...

Thanks Andy; I've also upped my liquid intake by taking pure orange juice to the gym. As advise I then take my whey mix immediately after Work Out. Trying to make sure I have at elast 4 litres a day liquid.
