Hey folks, was jabbing this morning as usual on a monday and realised i've run out of deca! Still have 3.5 weeks worth of sus to go, plus a boatload on nap50s, but i'm wondering if it's worth taking the sus on its own as i have been (1ml mon & thurs), increasing my doasge to use up my stash, or leave it for the start of my next cycle, even tho i'm not using sus on my next course....
Going clean til end of jan once i do, dunno if that influences anyones advice but thought i's sick it in just in case...

cheers reaper, cycle is 2ml deca&2ml sus a week, plus 1xnap50 (4weeks on, 2 weeks off) for the last 14 weeks....going for tri-tren and omnadren for my next cycle...jabbed yesterday 1ml sus on its own, so have 6ml of sus left...

If you can get some proprionate I would do 1 ml Mon, wed and fri for two weeks then 1 ml tue and 1 ml fri for two weeks and then off. Have you used any tamoxifen/nolvadex ? You will need HCG when you come off too, to help kick back your own test' production, plus you will need some tamoxifen or nolv or clomid to prevent any latent female attributes starting to appear on your chest !! lol. I prefer Nolvadex myself. 20mg per day. You don't want boobs like your ol' lady now do you !!
I wouldn't bother taking the sus' just for the sake of it. Keep 'em for another course.
I would also recommend you swap gear used every four weeks at most, I wouldn't stay on one thing for a full 16 weeks, except maybe a little decca running thru a course whilst using other things.
You are not a heavy user, and if you can maximise your results by keeping dosages low then all well and good.
ok, so short bursts you think? so i want to do a 16 week cycle next, what would you take? definately want to try the tri-tren, plus i've heard omnadren is a brilliant product...i'm still a young lad, only 21, but wanna get the best possible start so that by the time i'm late 20s i'll be a fucking beast
Already got PCT, got clomid and pregnyl...how long before i should start that you think? had all my dates lined up but my lack of deca has put a spanner in the works!

You will need some time off, at least a month after you have done the HCG.
The tri-tren and Omnedren you can use together. I would do three weeks at 3ml each, 1ml mon.wed, fri, plus one anap every day. I would then switch to something like Equipoise and testoviron, cut out the orals. Again 3 ml a week of each for two weeks. Lastly go for some primo and and prop. Three weeks, 3ml of each for two weeks. 2ml of each for two weeks and off.
Basic, not too heavy.
Start your Nolvadex after the first week, 20mg per day. Ensure you take in around 1.5gm protein per pound of body weight per day. Eat clean carbs where you can. I don't count the carbs off season but go on how I feel/look. Eat every 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Keep your water intake at least 3 litres a day. Take vit 3, 2gm per day.

you should be taking nolvadex at the start of your cycle, and you should use it with anap 50 apart from that how long have you been training drug free? you should be building a natural muscle base before using steroids, also anapolon should only be used for 3 weeks max at a time as it is very harsh on the liver but its up to you how long you use it.
Do you eat between 6 and 8 meals aday? if not your wasting your time and money taking steroids
yeah wingy, my eating is pretty good, only times i struggle to eat is the nights i'm working the doors, my bosses are a bit funny about me sneaking off for a shake...been training for about 3 years seriously now, and only just finished my first cycle...i know big keiko personally so he's been helping me out loads...i'm pretty big naturally, played rugby for 14 years before a shoulder op forced me to take my training more seriously, and since then i've loved every minute i've spent in the gym...am 6'1" and 17st, so the key is keeping as much of that as possible when i'm clean...
as for the nap50s, i heard 4 weeks, so was sticking to that...you think 3 weeks on, 3 off is better?
i thought that nolva was only necessary during cycle if you werent doing pct?

no mate you need novadex or proviron or aimidex to prevent those b**** tiities from forming especially with nap 50's as they do aromatise better to be safe than sorry, a freind of mine got gyno and said it was a very painful operation and recovery time. I personally take them ( prefer proviron) 2 days before I start any cycle, didn't know you'd been training for 3 years the "eagernovice" name threw me , what pubs do you work on ? we may have crossed each others path, if you know Big Keiko you should be pretty local to me

Been known to pop in and see him from time to time, live in cottingham just round the corner from BK, got a relative who works on doors at Pozition, dont like the place myself bit too ponsy for me
