RED WINE PEPPER SAUCE... 1...Ok fry your steak on high..in olive oil 2...remove stesk from pan 2...then add chopped onions,mushrooms...and brown them on the sedimont at bottom of pan "you can add peppers" 3...once fryed add cracked black pepper and a glass or 2 of red wine 4...Allow the red wind to reduce to very little liquid... 5...then add about 1 pint of Demi glace sauce... you will get this in most wholesale food places 6...add steaks back in and just simmer for 30 mins.. SAME AS ANY HOTEL demi glace is made from a dry powder..same method as making powdered Bisto..dilute in cold water and whisk into hot watter  |
