Hi!

I'm 14 to and I went for the 3 day a week full body routine. I do the following

Squats
Bench Press
Bent-Over Rowing
Bicep Curls
Tricep Kickbacks
Good Morning
Seated Dumbell Press
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Calfs
Upright Rowing

I do 2 sets of each. The first set is light weight and 12 reps. The second is heavy weight and 10 reps

Hope this helps

I would discuss this with your school PE teachers, im no expert but your bones are still growing so you should be very careful in your routines. From what iv heard 18 years old is a more appropriate age to start....
I dont want to put you off, but I dont want you to injury yourself either.

Yeah you got tobe careful your body still growing.
Like jon said which include alot of gyms they wont allow under 16s.
But at your age you dont need weights you can use your body weight, Example: pushups, pullups, situps, powerwalking, jogging, lunges  etc etc all these will get you physichally fitter, more toned. You can always watch plenty fitness vids lol.
Hope this gives you some alternative but safe ideas.
Good luck
