Im not new to weight training and have trained for a few years now. I have concentrated on ensuring that my weight is as heavy as can to ensure growth. The only problem is my wrists, i just get this auful pain in both my wrists, when doing upright rows today the pain was really bad in my left wrist. Then i had supported leg press ups normally do around 9 - 10 reps today only managed five on each set. What a bummer this actually affected my workout today, its not the first time its happened but i noticed how bad it was today. |

If your getting pain in your wrists from a particular exercise then dont do it. If you have to do upright rows then use a cambered bar ez bar instead of a straight bar |

try taking some joint support supplements and stretch your wrist a few times a day while the muscle is warm. also you could see a physio to help. you should be able to get rid of your injury |

Troule is it comes and goes. last nite was painful in my index finger changing gear in the car. Doesnt seem to be related to one exercise either. Stopped doing the push ups as i was doing them with my feet on a bench.
Dont want this to become an issue with the gym and stop me doing stuff because it will frustrate the hell out of me.

upright rows are bad for u thay cause shoulder problems too well so i have read on alot of sites. i do dumbell shrugs insted u can do them standing straght and leaning forwards a bit too. |
