Well dude

What is ur diet like? diet is a key factor ya know..post what its like..

http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/Syntha6.shtml

Thats syntha6 . BSN are fantastic mate, cant go wrong with them, that product is a protein supplement which is a must for any bodybuilder..since protein is a must!

other supplements isnt as important as sorting your diet.supplements SUPPLEMENT your diet and thats all..

PJ runs this site and if you look at the shop.,,you'll find only supplements which some one like he'd use.. all top stuff, which i use as well..any questions ask away

Cheers  guys i'll look into all them, my diet is at the moment bit hay-wire as I'm trying to sort out a routine to fit into work lifestyle etc, also been told different things from mates, like eat loads of carbs , others are saying eat everything in sight, and others say eat no carbs at all ! So don't no what advise to take, any suggestions lol, i've have recently over the past 6 mnths developed a small gut which i'm ashamed to say is beginning to overhang my belt a little if you know what i mean   . My daily diet consists of 6.30am porriage  10am bannana and large oat cereal bar,   12.30pm medium sized curry, chilli and rice etc, 3.00pm  oat cereal bar,    5.30 WORKOUT 1hr 20 mins ish  7.00pm Core 100% whey protien drink and either chicken, beef fish  with pot and green veg.   That is my diet as i said its not spot on at moment because  not sure if it's right for starters. What do you think? should i  add another protien shake some were in there ?
Thanks,
                Gareth.

Conflicting advice is something you will have to get used to within this sport, someone always has a point of view and it is often based on little fact. The best thing you can do with both training and diet advice is to listen to the guys who have done it and been through it. If your mates in the gym are big and have got that way through diet and training then listen to them if not, then this is the place.

Check out this thread it covers a basic mass building diet http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?b-1/m-1164637409/

The best advise is to read, and read, and then read some more, you will soon work out who's advise on here is backed up with muscle and experience.

all the best

Agree with what Boz said

Three differnt gyms..three differnt trainers..all pro bodybuilders but all diet and workout differntly so you will always get differnt advice..

When some one gives you advice, always listen but pick the points out and work things to how it suites yourself

The basics are how ever like eating every 2-3hrs. drinking water etc.. basics which should be kept to..

Not to be bhiest..( spelling right? ).. PJ on here ive never known to give bad advice. he does know his stuff thats for sure. And dam.. look at him in beef magazine..bastard.. i want to swap body's sniff haha..oh well one day PJ ill beat you
