Umar good luck with your training, diet etc. Nice to see im not on my own in just starting. I dont have weight to lose but my body fat is higher than id like. I weigh 8 st 11 and have 20% body fat. I want to become more defined. Im quite toned at the mo but I really need to sort out a good routine with my diet n training. Just joined and am finding a great help listening to everybodies advice. Im no expert but I think you would be better doing cardio first thing on an empty stomach then again inh the evening. Break it up rather than all at once! Im deffo gonna try the green tea, poor you taking it with milk that must ave bin grose! |
