First,welcome mate
Second..lets change a few things

7;00 your option is ok, but Oats/scrambled egg x3 is a better option (1 yolk)

next meal mid morning shake with water not milk

dinner, protein/carb/vegi... ie chicken/tuna/beef      pasta/jacket potato/wholegrain rice

next 3 slices of meat or shake with a green apple

train for etc etc time

protein shake or pro reovery after gym

30-45mins from finished gym time meal like dinner..protein/carb/veg

prebed a protein shake

drink green tea, yucky at first but works..
drink 2-4 ltr of water daily

When your at the gym, what you doing? is it intense..do you feel like you've worked your a** off after?

supplements..protein shake must...then its down to you.. lipo 6 off here is a great fatburner and all sorts but i wont plug supplements..i belive in sorting diets before saying what stuff u can take to help

if it was me i'd not eat oats till 11am starve your body of carbs and it will burn fat. just as long as your not trying to add muscle at the same time. cant see y you need protin shakes if you soley concentrting on fat burning??? but thats me.

totaly agree with tank on the green tea and it dose taste lovely after a while. very refreshing. i drink it al the time in the summer.

the biggest mistake i can see is the time you do cour cardio. if you did your run in  the morning b4 you have eaten or drank anything. it would treble the fat burning potentional. you only need to do a light run keeping you heart rate between 135-145 bpm. and 30 mins is enough.

tank im so with ya on the water. if your body is dehidrated it holds fat as a substertue for water. i really struggle to drink 6 leters a day but its so important. first two weeks you will be in the loo constant but your body gets used to it after a short while.

good luck and keep with it. post  a pic so every one on here can see where your comming from. its a great way to get motovation from people who dont know you personaly.i know how imbarasing it can be talking to others who dont share your enthosasm.

sorry bout my spelling

The idea of eating every 2hrs 30 is that your metoasilm ( spelling) speeds up along with your workout and then you will be burning fat constintly.. wtf too early for spelling grr lol deans fault!

But if you JUST want fatloss and no added muscle you could get away with just your more main meals then the added protein meal.

Green tea 3-4 times a day which is like normal people get through normal tea or coffee?

drink water..water water water

If i dont drink the ammount i should..i will notice less power at the gym, hows that for a cheap power supplement

Umar - basically you need a baseline diet to work from. Once you have been sticking to a deit consistently 24/7 for atleast 2 weeks, then you will have some feedback as to how the diet is working. I would recommend eating complex carbohydrates with EVERY meal. However keep the amount very moderate, consuming around 30 grams of carbs per meals. Carb sources should be: oats, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, brown/wholegrain rice, yams, cassava, small amount of fruit: raisens or banana. Protein eat around 40 grams per meal from these sources, egg whites, fish, lean beef, chicken, turkey, salmon. Make sure you eat plenty of fresh green vegetables with each meal. Shoot for around 60 grams of essential fats daily spread over you meals. You efa sources should be from: extra virgin olive oil, nuts and seeds, oily fish. Cardio Shoot for 2 X 45 min sessions - 1 pre meal 1, and a 2nd session directly after your weight training.

Supplement wise I would reccomend taking:
a good fat burner:
http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/Lipo-6X.shtml
http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/Grenade.shtml

a good source of efa's:
http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/ProLipid.shtml

a good protein powder:
http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/Whey%20Isolate.shtml

a good multi vitamin/mineral supplement:
http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/ProVital.shtml

Amino Acids:
http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/ProAminos.shtml

Be sensible with things, work hard be consistent and patient and before you know it that 60lbs will soon be off!

fat loss is not down to just carbohydrates Dean. Its calories. Put your body in a calorific deficit on a daily basis and you will lose bodyfat - simple. That means you can eat carbs every meal - which actually helps keep your metabolism elevated. Your body ALWAYS needs blood sugar to live. Therefore a moderate amount of carbs is needed each meal. As for cardio - of course do it before you eat anything!

Umar good luck with your training, diet etc.  Nice to see im not on my own in just starting.  I dont have weight to lose but my body fat is higher than id like.  I weigh 8 st 11 and have 20% body fat.  I want to become more defined.  Im quite toned at the mo but I really need to sort out a good routine with my diet n training.  Just joined and am finding a great help listening to everybodies advice.  Im no expert but I think you would be better doing cardio first thing on an empty stomach then again inh the evening.  Break it up rather than all at once!  Im deffo gonna try the green tea, poor you taking it with milk that must ave bin grose!
