Thread cleaned 14/3/8

This year started off 15.6 stone. Year before came down from 20 stone..Today i weigh in at 14.13 stone.
My diet/workout is above for all to see.

My supplements

CNP Glutimine
CNP Pro recovery
CNP Pro Vital
100% Whey from Optimun Nutrtion gold but will be switching to BSN
BSN Axis HT

My goal is to prove the weak wrong. Show what any body can do if they have the will power for hardwork. I will continue to lean up and look the best i ever have done.

I like to help others but when it comes to it. Its all in your self to do it once you have the info on diet and workouts.

I will be posting how things going and photo's when needed and clean this thread again in a months time.

I lay down a challange for any one to try compete against me in my goals. Competion is all healthy and gives you a bit of fire to workout..So train hard..and Bring it..

Football season is comming to an end..

For the season starting in aug-september i will be doing 3 weight days with cardio after each..on the 4th day i will be doing oylmpic weights and the last day of training doing situps etc and cardio.. with 2 rest days..even tho those rest days ill be playing football and playing golf.. so pretty busy!

Things are hetic with work as ive got an agrievence in against them.. and also an ongoing investigation on our department..plus with college its all go go go..
So keeping diet as strict as possible and getting in my training...

One way or another.. i will get my goals reached for september and put things right..

Brief summary taking your pics into consideration, is start on cardio, keep high protein, and focus those arms/shoulders (shoulders give the finish touch to the "V" shape and with cardio slimming the waist line)

I would do 2 workouts a week, each workout on biceps/triceps/shoulders. Days off, cardio (stationary bike, row machine, swimming. or combination of all) jogging is good, but too much of it weakens the legs. Once waist line is satisfactory, keep up the cardio still, just less.

Reason for cardio and not just dieting, is you can still eat your protein/carbs the same amount that is needed for tissue repair.

Oh, and add abs workouts to your cardio.
