Check out the picture (scroll down click on next page) of this years WNBF World Champion overall winnner Jim Cordova from Evansville, IND.
He has a very impressive level of thickness and muscle density. I can't really say that I have seen natural athletes who were that dense and have the ability to make the muscle literally pop off its bone when flexed.
He is around 175-180..mabey slightly higher in contest shape.
