quorn has a high protein count true but its a mushroom so i would imagen its soya protien not the best for building muscle as it dont contain enough/all the amino's. getting big on mushrooms is gonna be hard work doode. you will need to eat lots of other protien rich foods like beans, milk, eggs etc its not impossable but as i said not gonns be easy. good luck and keep posting.

As a vegetarian you are always going to be slightly on the back foot when it comes to getting your protein, but with a bit of research and clever meal prep you can still get the results.

As well as the quorn you mention you can also get protein from all manner of beans and pulses, baked beans, soya, tofu, hummus, oats (porridge), milk, peanut butter

Is it just meat you dont eat? do you eat eggs? if so eggs rule in the protein stakes.

It is worth a mention that Reg Park the legendary Mr Universe at times lived on a vegetarian diet.

upping your shakes will help to a certain exstent but you cant build a body on powder!! i'd not have any more  than 3 a day as you should be getting most your nurtrition from food. as bozatron said look in to recipys using lots of beans pulses nuts egges etc
