going through a diet plan that i proposed with my mum this morning. She seemed to think the idea of eating 2 chicken breasts or 3 eggs with every meal would be rather expensive. Just wondering that if i purchase some protein shake would i be able to get my daily protein mainly from this as i cannot get my mum to include meat in every meal.

any help much appreciated

also which brands of protein are good value/good quality
