Weight 100kg

6am HIIT Tredmill

7am Rolled oats with water and protein shake
5gm Glutamine
1 Multivitamin
1 Grenade fat burner

10am Fish with brown rice (half cup)

1pm Jacket potatoe with tuna and salad
          1 grenade fat burner

3pm - large green apple

5pm Pre workout - Protein bar

6pm GYM - Weights

7pm - Whey protein 35gm
5gm Glutamine

New diet starting on 1/1/08

Is there ane changes i could make or any other information i need ????
