Dont take any mess off any one..
To be in a job that i at least enjoy or have a interst in rather then the mess im doing now in the nhs
To beat my demons for food
To reach a higher level of my body where see me and think dammm!
to all in all, be a better person and always in a nice way rather then most of the dicks out there


Come a long way but so far to go.. i wish every one a happy new year and for very very small ammount of people i dislike..i hope your karma of bad luck is this year and that my karma of good is shining on my 08 year.

good luck with your goals im sure you will succeed. Sounds like there are plenty of  us with demons with food. Heres to getting rid of them ole demons  

food aint my demons. there angels
