Hi Im new to the forum.

I have dreamed about being massive for years but never started training, instead i started drinking, smoking and taking stupid amounts of drugs (luckily i stayed away from roids unlike my mates). im now 18 and I have realised that I have to stop putting crap in my body and start living.

Me now

I only weigh 10.4 stone a little bit ripped but no mass at all.
My diet is ok but not good enough to acheive my goals.
Im a smoker

My goals for 2008

Stop smoking as of 01/01/08

Over the next 6 months I will find the a diet, supplements and training plan for building mass and put all my time and effort into getting massive. Is 2 stone in 6 months possible? I am not going to use any roids at all (my mates that use roids say this is imposible but i think they are wrong or are they?).

I have some no's protien powder but thats it for supplements, I have been looking at bsm's products and they look great, could someone please tell me what supplements i should use?.

also has anyone used bsm nitrix and no xplode before is seems pretty good from the reviews but would I benefit from using it?

Thanks in advance for the advice and happy new year.

hi tommy. good luck with the stopping smoking!! i stopped that discusting habit 6 over 5 years ago and it was one of the best things ive ever done!! do you know when you wake up in the morning with a mouth like the bottom of a bird cage? well i dont cause i dont smoke! i can run pretty much as long as as fast as my legs will carry me and breath cleanly. its amazing.

just think to your self 'i am better than all those who havent got the will power/back bone to stop'! prove to your self you are strong in the mind and trust me the body will follow.

if you are a total beginer i would recomend you dont take any suplerments for quite some time. the reason for this is you build muscle from change. changing what you normaly do to your body. if you do nothing at the mo then just a small amount of training will produce results. once you find these results are becoming less and less then start taking suplerments. loads and loads would dissagree with me but this is the method i personaly find works and i'm like you naturaly skinny.

what i would say is def get your diet as good as you can. its much more benaficheal to get the diet spot on than to be taking loads of sup's. your better of getting protien from food than powder. on this site theres a section you can get a taylord for you diet writen up. i think theres a small charge but its well worth it for a diet that you can grow from. after all you could easyly spend £20 on a tub of protien powder that dose nothing for you if your eating the wrong foods at totally the wrong time.

good luck with it an y dont you take the plung and post a picture diary like i have in the members photos section. it will help you to stay motavated knowing others are keeping a track on your progress.
