Had a chat with the guy at the gym today regarding my training programme (as it wasnt him who set it up)
he is going to change it for me as of next week he did make the comment that it "will hurt". Can cope with
that will be a new challenge anyway.

My diet is working well, weight is slowly coming off, going to commit to no meals that arent planned and
make sure that i work my arse off in the gym (not that i dont anyway).

As some might of noticed (if not why not ...... ) i changed my pic, it was taken about 3 or 4 weeks ago.
So i might take another one in 4 weeks today and hopefully there will be some change.

Good day yesterday.

Didnt quite do the cardio as normal, that was due to how much my legs ached from monday nite.

Training was good though worked hard, meals 100% (maybe too many cashews need to watch that    )

X30 mins cardio yesterday
Weight training was really good worked hard.

I am starting to notice some change where it may be fat loss. which is great.

Yeah things are pretty good at the moment thanx. As for the new programme its not quite sorted yet, the
guy that i train with a few times a week is the manager of the gym and things are pretty hectic at the mo
because the gym is being refurbished this week.

Had a really good workout tonite though was there for an hour and a half...!! was really tough my arms
ache like hell.

Food was good today, was a carb day the only thing was felt really bloated today and not sure if i can eat
much more tonite.

Meal 1 - oats and x2 scoops whey
Meal 2 - turkey and x2 slices wholemeal toast with pb
Meal 3 - rice and tuna
Meal 4 - rice and tuna
Meal 5 - post workout, x2 scoops Iso Energy straight after wrkout and then x2 scoops whey.
Meal 6 - Cashews and x2 scoops whey (would normally eat food but so not hungry at all.)

Well went to the gym yesterday. Tried to do some cardio on the recumbent bike but only managed about
10 mins, was too aware of how much my back hurt.
Did some weights nothing too great, was frustrating more than anything. But at least i did something, bored
as hell.

Need to sort my head out, 3 days eating crap due to boredom is not good, need to watch what i eat more
than ever now especially with not being able to do much cardio.
