30-35 % protein
50-55%  carbs
10-20% fats.

Know what you mean.  I tend to overdo the protein. I've had 2 low carb days; last time they killed my strength, will see what they do tomorrow. But yes, getting that ration correct is hard. How many days per week do you train Jo? I've cut it down to alternate days now and find that my WOs are much better.

Great day today, training was good, did some weights and some stretching and some abs was good.

Had my measurements done today and was so chuffed biceps gone up 1 whole inch (i know its not much but i was chuffed to bits ). Its been a while since i had the last lot of measurements done, but since the change with upping carbs have definetly noticed the change in size...
Waist measurement has stayed the same which is good.

Strength is really good, lifting more than some of the guys do in the gym
hell that puts a grin on my face. Got a pb on my bench press this week too.
so all in all pretty chuffed with how things are going

Its everything else

Thanx Tank

appreciate it   Training is going ok still training. Struggling with some stuff at
the moment which has made me lose focus. Trying really hard to get sorted
though.

Kez: definetly getting stronger. As for my goals definetly not. I dont think there is enough struture or
solid plan to what im doing which is why i get so lost with what im trying to achieve.

Marc: (thank u    ) From my own experience the best thing that has worked for me cutting and i know lots of people say the same is to do the carb cycling. I did
post a copy of an article on here for someone else. Its easy to follow and it
works. It probably wouldnt take you long either to get down half a stone.
Good luck with it.

As for me not sure what im gonna do dieting wise might actually do the carb
cycling, cut down and go from there. Need to commit to an amount of time on it
though. So any suggestions more than welcome.
