Hi my names Gaz, was hoping to get some advise from you guys on Fat Burners and my diet.

I'm 26 yrs old 5 ft 7 and weigh 11.5 stone (160 pound  , 73 kg) I have been doing weights for few months now and am in quite good shape apart from my belly which i can't shift. I want to gain muscle and mass but also to get a lean 6 pack too, which i used to have but i quit smoking a year ago and like a lot of people put some extra pounds on

So I've been looking at some fat burners on this site, can you recomend any .... I looked at Grenade , Universal Animal Cuts and Nutrex Lipo 6 X .

I have started runnung 3 times a week for 20 - 30 mins but not seen much improvement really.

I train 4 days a week and really getting into my weights i Love it !! Just fustrating when you have a belly, and every time i eat i'm thinking hmm am i just making my belly bigger, Here's my diet anyway :

6.30 meal 1:  80g porrige oats 60g whey protien shake.

10.00 meal 2 :  oat cereal bar , bannana

12.30 meal 3:  chicken / fish and  rice

3.00 meal 4:  Tuna buttie , cereal bar

5.00 meal 5: 60g protien 40g oats (pre workout)

5.45# Workout 1hr #  (day off run 20-30 mins)

6.45 meal 5: 60g whey protien shake with chicken with pasta or rice (post work out)

9.00 ( Should i have something else here before bed ... 30g protien shake ?? )

I'm struggling with my daily intake of protien and carbs. For protien  is 1-2 grams per pound of body weight right as some people say 2-3 grams per kg of body weight which works out different , what abot Carbs how much per  body weight ?I weigh 161 pound ....

My worry is that i'm eating too much and will never shift my belly! should i diet to loose weight first then body build, or body build and shift fat later or do both together AAAARRRRR So many questions sorry ! lol    .

Think thats enough for one day ha ha !

Thank you for taking the time to read this, I look forward to reading your reply's

Gaz.

Hi Gaz welcome to the forum, protin shake before bed is a must, diet looks ok to me but i'm sure others will havee their own opinions, try grenades these should help you shift fat and don't forget fat around the waist is always last to go but it does go if you keep up the cardio, take a look at some of the diets posted on the forum I'm sure ther's a few that will help.

Hi Gaz and weolcome to the forums.

Diet isnt too bad - few pointers.

Increase green fibrous veg
If your PWO meal is a solid then have rice pudding with jam and ur whey isolate.
Increase Essential fats
Before bed have some egg whites with a small amout of oats or some fat free cottage cheese with a bagel.

Fat burners - to be honest any of those are good, I have personally used them all and they are all good.

If you want a professional and in depth diet analysis and new diet plan done tailored to yourself then go here:

Good luck and all the best

Your stomach looks more bloated than actually having loads of excess fat. Keep your cardio up - start training abs once a week. Try taking some full spectrum digestive enzymes several times a day after meals along with some probiotics which will help aid in digestion and absorbtion of food stuffs and reduce bloatedness.

full spectrum digestive enzymes - are enzymes that help digest fats protein and carbs. Eating 5 or 6 meals a day can take some digesting so you may find that these help.

Probiotics are "friendly" bacteria that are located in your intestines - these again help in digestion and absorbtion of food stuffs and can really help bloatedness.

As for protein shoot for 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. Carbs its really trial and error to get the right amount. There are several sample diets you can find on this site for free. 1 in the growth column and 1 in the forum too. Other that that as mentioned earlier you can use the paid for diet service to take all the guess work out of your diet.

Hi Gaz, I found a excellent burner of the fat being EPH25.  Take a tab every 3-4 hours but not after 6pm or you will be staring at the ceiling!!  Keep the cardio up..
Good luck mate
