I'm currently taking a break from training for a month due to exams but do I eat a normal diet or keep up trying to eat larger quantities, surely this would just go on as fat?

I dont think you should ever eat big.. Just eat every 2hrs 30mins or around time that suites your life.

Morning. Good source of protein and a good breaky carbs is oats
Half ten around.. protein shake with fruit
miday have your dinner.. protein/carb/vegi
Afternoon protein/apple 3-4pm
tea like miday..
protein shake before bed..

Stop taking protein and kiss bye bye to your muscles. Eat healthy and keep the protein stocked
