Please I need help I am 5 foot 11 intch tall and weigh about 12 and half stone I have been going to the gym for seven months now and I do not seem to be getting any muscle growth do not get me wrong I do think I look abit different than I was.  Also I do 30mins twice a week of CV at the gym to get the weight of my belly but not going.  So if anyone out there can help with what food I should be having or workouts genrally any advice would be most welcome

Check out the diet section, should be plenty there for you to go on. Main thing is you need to consume protein and carbs about every 2 hours or so 6-8 times a day to grow and while you're consuming this your metabolism will be increased through-out the day which will help reduce your fat levels.
