Hi I am eating well drinking 80g of Oats (Ready Break) and 30g whey protien in morning , I blend them together in mixer. My questin is do the Oats have to be cooked in microwave first or can I have them cold......?

eat thrm clod if you want mate i do mine. dont  have time to heat them. not sure bout ready breck though? i eat proper grown ups oats.

No you dont have to cook them, but you would be better with proper oats rather the smashed up things in readybrek and they are cheaper!

Forget readybrek - use proper oats. If you are going to blend and drink - then IMO cook the oats first.
