Indeed they do! my internet connection is down!! has been since tuesday sigh..

spent 3-4 hours on the phone to them going through pointless things before they did a line check.. next day i complained nothing being sorted.. engineer was ment to go out the following day.. not heard anything yet so more hours on the phone to the worst company in the world i swear..

Sorry about that experience Tank.  I've been with BT for past 8 years and had no problems whatsoever.  Guess its just where you live.  In the UK I am in a small country town called Barnard Castle on the Durham-Cumbrian border. Population 5,500 so not too many internet connections here!
