aparently its ment to help you mobilise and burn fat when used in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise programme.

Only kidding but Maximuscle arnt many people's fav brand

They like to boost there sales with good promotion by getting a rugby player to say..hey i used this and im a world cup pro.. like muscletech..

I use Lipo 6 my self. You will find that if you ask that same question on another board they would give you the same answer.. try avoid maixisales as much as you can mate. good luck

Thanks again for the advice, thats funny you saying about the rugby player thing, i was looking at another website that sold it and one reiview was from a rugby player saying it was the best thing ever! lol

Products i use i only take because i know other bodybuilders that have used them and ive tried litterly everything on the market for trial and error.

You will find alot of brands like muscle tech and the one you mentioned spend millions of pounds just on promtional sales and pay some one to say such words where in fact they dont even take the stuff.

Look up the site muscletech.. they have a product which i forgot the name of now..but basicly they claim it alters your DNA!!! How on earth they get away with saying that is just
