I think i remember reading some thread by bigkeiko about this - isnt omega 3 the most important, rather than the 6 & 9.... I used to supp daily with a a combined one 3-6-9 sainbury's own brand. Now these are a combination of lindseed oil, sesame oil, rice bran oil, evening primrose oil, and sunflower seed oil.......... Ive stopped using these now and get the sainburys omega 3 fish oils. as they are a straight 1000mg of fish body oil. This gives the following - 350mg Omega 3, of which EPA 180mg and 120mg of DHA......... Do you think these are ok ??? |
