As stated on an earlier thread I would keep you guys updated on how I've found the BSN Axis-HT & Nitrix.
Today was the first day I started supplimenting with these two products, I've had them in the cupboard for a month or so now so was a little excited to get started on them this morning.

I am also using creatine monohydrate & glutamine, which I've been using for about 2 weeks now. Its recommended you don't take Glutamine at the same time as Nitrix, this doesnt mean you need to stop just not at the same time. Its also recommended if you are using Glutamine that you keep it to 10g or below a day whilst on Nitrix.
I've decided to stop using my glutamine powder altogether whilst trying out the Nitrix, this is due to too much suplplimentation and planning to get them all taken at the right time, I'd mess it up somewhere along the line.

Upon waking I took 3 Nitrix tabs, as its recommended to take these on an empty stomach.
15min later my creatine monohydrate.
Then my Oats and skimmed milk.
Then 5 egg whites mixed with 2 scoops of whey again with skimmed milk.
Then I took 2 Axis-HT tabs - as the Axis-HT are to be taken with food.

15min before lunch I took another 3 Nitix tabs
Straight after lunch I took another 2 Axis-HT tabs

I took another 3 Nitrix tabs right before workout today (i had some food about 2hrs before my workout today) so my stomach should of been fairly empty at this time.

With my main evening meal I took a further 2 Axis tabs.

They recommend to take Nitix 3 times a day and 3 tabs each time (on empty stomach as stated)
Axis-HT 3 times a day 2 tabs each time with food.

I don't know at this point if it was the placebo effect but I felt stronger in the gym tonight, on my last reps instead of I stinging burning feeling and fatigue I felt like I could push out another rep, although I couldn't (was doing chest & biceps 2nite) half way up & failure. I felt stronger and I pushed the hardest weights for at least another rep or two than I have done before. This could be the creatine kicking in now after 2weeks but I do firmly believe it had something to do with the Nitrix.
I'm now very interested to see how the rest of this week goes.....

Day 2: I took my Nitrix on waking this morning & went to the gym for 30min crosstrainer workout. Took the rest of the tabs throughout the day as I did yesterday.
I went back to the gym after work tonight, ran for 30min on the treadmill, then did my weights session on my LEGS:
I squatted the most I ever Squatted tonight!
I did some leg curls (really hate these)
Then seated leg press and again I pushed I weight I've never managed before and for 10 reps on my final set!
Then did some seated leg extentions & finshed off with calf raises.
Im very pleased with my workout tonight having reached an all new level, & after 2 cardio sessions in one day....!
I still feel its down to the Nitrix rather than the Axis at this stage, so wondering whats gonna happen in a week when this kicks in....
Could it be the placebo effect??, I honestly couldn't say, but Im well pleased to the moment...!

Well its Day 5 now jon...
when i look in the mirror iv got a bit more shape to me as in my muscles look fuller than they did last week. Id say thye have drawn more water in and this again I feel down to the Nitrix. Every session this week I've been pushing a plate higher than last week.
I think if i was taking these while on a bulkig diet the effects would be even greater than iv seen so far. Im resting tomorrow and might go for a run on sunday.... We'll have to see howthings get on next week, because they should be working well then...
I will keep posting every few days....

O know what you mean about seeing the "shape" changing.  I've been doing between 60 and 90 minutes serious training each day since Nov 15th., and can see the muscles on my biceps clearly now {under the fat!   } Following advice from you guys on this forum, I'm now (Oooops I had NOT instead of NOW) taking one day a week rest.

rest is important jon, as a rule i dont train on Sat / Sun or Wed. because i want to lower my bodyfat % last sunday i had a 30min run before breakfast, and ill probably do the same this week. Your body will grow more during the rest period, this is when your muscle fibres are rebuilding, so ensure they have rebuilt before you go to the gym and tear them again...!

Day 10:
Whilst iv reduced my calories and uped my cardio in a bid to lean up a bit, I would of expected to feel weaker in the gym.
Im as strong as iv ever been, and eating less and this could only be down to the Axis & Nitrix.... I would really like to see how this supps work with a bulking diet....

Yes! With me, its some days I got like a train and other I get whacked out early; but as you said, rest days are important and I'm now taking one a week, and alternating my exercises so not doing the same thing each day.
