Grenades week 4Well, some developments! Side effects have stopped, no nausea or whatever.
Had to drop the cardio as I manged to get a hamstring injury so the following results may be more to do with grenades rather than cardio that is off my routine for the next few days.
My wife measured my lurv handles fat using the fat calipers; last week they measured 30mm, this week she said they were just a smidge over 20mm. My weight remains the same but I'm not trying to lose that, it remains around 95 kilos or 15 stone plus or minus a little.
I am 5 feet 7.
I got a PM asking what colour the grenade was as it appears there are several types. These I have are a greyish-white and come in a 100 size bottle. I take one with breakfast which consists of
oatmeal + spoonfull of honey+ 2 pieces of toast+large pot of coffee (cafeine)
other meals during the day consist of
rice (flavoured with soy sauces) + chicken or tuna or salmon+ broccoli or sprouts or green beans.
I also am increasing my water intake by flavouring it with blackcurrant cordial (unsweetened) at the moment its about 7 pints a day
Also take protein shakes both before and immediately after WO and just before bed. During WO I take pure orange fruit juice. (1 pint)
Measurements change since November 15 when I started WOsChest = 46 from 49 inches
waist = 42 from 46
hips = 40 from 46
biceps = 14 and a half, up from 11 inches
My WO is between 60 and 90 minutes each day but I now take Thursday and Friday off.

ENTIRELY following advice and encouragement I have been given by members of this forum. Before I joined I was doing everything wrong and making little or no progress. I still have a layer of fat to get rid of as my muscles are not well defined yet.

Conclusion seem to be that grenades seem to be working but only time will tell. But Hell! I'm only 69, long time to go yet!
