hey guys, sorry to start a new thread regarding a silly question, but couldnt find any information on this. basically the security guard where i work is a powerlifter, so he reckons he knows his stuff, basically today during lunch i was drinking my shake, and he said, if you dont have it in the first half an hour youve made the shake it wont do f*** all, he says something about the protein going dodgy or something, doesnt sound plausable to me but yeh, any info on this would be great.

I asked a nutrtionlist this question also to back this up. he also agreed that wouldnt make any differnce. so yeh slap him..hard!

That security chap might be thinking of creatine.  If you put it in hot water it deteriorates, But I also make my whey mix before going to the gym and they have it immediately after.

150 man that a lightweight! All that about whey protein is a myth! Think about it - whey is an extract of milk - is milk only good for 30 minutes????

I was taught in the army to:-
1. Never kick the enemy in the jools, 'cos you're off balance with one foot only on the ground and could so easily miss target.
2. Instead grab aforesaid jools with hand and with palm upturned;  this will give instant constant pain whereas a kick will give temporary pain. Also you now have enemy in total control.
3. Twist said jools.
4. Enemys head will naturally bend towards you as his pain increases.
5. Hit enemy on bridge of nose with your other hand. This will not only break his nose, but cause temporary blindness due to excruciating pain.
6 Let go all parts of enemy and run like f**k!
