I just had arthoscopic surgery 6 months ago on my left shoulder to repair a lesion to my supraspinatus tendon and a slight detachment of my bicep tendon (SLAP). Now I am back in the gym, going light, but find that I am having problems with my right shoulder!!! Nothing like the left, but I am afraid that I will screw something up again. Last time much of the damage was due to cortisone injections given to me by a doctor. I really do not want to go and have cortisone injected into my right shoulder for fear of worsening whatever damage I may have. Any suggestions? Should I stay away from the gym? Away from shoulder/chest routines? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you very much. |
