Morning all,
Im new to the forum and decided to register after having a good read and getting some helpful info.

I have been training for a few years now on and off and on solid for the last 10 months ... Im happy with my current gains but always
seem to be fighting the 'fat'.

I have a healthy(ish) diet and find my problem to be mainly down to 'beer' which I have significantly cut out over the last 6 weeks but am still retaining the 'fatty' waistline and love handles.

I currently take a few sups (Creatine & HMB-Max) and I also have started taking a 'fat shredder' called 'Easy Slimming - Star Diet' ...
Little info about these pills on the internet at the moment but they are all natural and mainly act as an appetite suppressent - Although
after 10 days on them I have seen no massive shift in weight I have lost approx 2 inch on fat from the waistline and am definitely
feeling / looking more cut.

So - this leads me to the question:

I am 30yrs old, 5ft7, 202pounds, heavy set and looking to get more ripped/cut as well as increase lean muscle mass.

Do you have any suggestions for additional sups to either add to or replace my current stack ???

I have read the reviews about 'Axis-ht' and would like to give it ago ... will it help towards my aims?

Diet cardo and clean living is the main thing mate - supplements are just the icing. Do both and you will get the results you want.

You could try:

http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/RippedSystem.shtml

This is a 21 day fat loss programme with a free fat loss booklet with info on diet etc. As I said earlier though - diet and cardio is the key - do not be under the illusion of thinking taking a fat burner alone will be the answer to all your problems!

Thanks for the replies so far... I can hold my hands up and state that cardio is not my fav thing.

I used to play rugby which luckily incorporated both elements that I required and I was a trim 12.5stone.

However rugby career over and working hard means that when I get to the gym I like to hit the weights hard and think of
cardio second... (mainly cos weights give me a buzz - cardio seems a chore - give me a ball in my hands and I will run...
sit me on a bike or X-trainer and I get bored)

That said I always try to end my sessions with a 10minute X-trainer blast - I look to complete over 2Km in the 10 Mins - so quite a
good pace.

I am not looking for the sups to be a magic tablet - just something to kick start my body again - as I said originally since getting
back into the training approx 10 mnths ago I am very happy with my gains however I feel that I have hit the buffers a little and want to
add some lean muscle and get some definition.

I will have a good read through the advice so far and check out the recommended pack.

Cheers - John.
