Morning all, Im new to the forum and decided to register after having a good read and getting some helpful info.
I have been training for a few years now on and off and on solid for the last 10 months ... Im happy with my current gains but always seem to be fighting the 'fat'.
I have a healthy(ish) diet and find my problem to be mainly down to 'beer' which I have significantly cut out over the last 6 weeks but am still retaining the 'fatty' waistline and love handles.
I currently take a few sups (Creatine & HMB-Max) and I also have started taking a 'fat shredder' called 'Easy Slimming - Star Diet' ... Little info about these pills on the internet at the moment but they are all natural and mainly act as an appetite suppressent - Although after 10 days on them I have seen no massive shift in weight I have lost approx 2 inch on fat from the waistline and am definitely feeling / looking more cut.
So - this leads me to the question:
I am 30yrs old, 5ft7, 202pounds, heavy set and looking to get more ripped/cut as well as increase lean muscle mass.
Do you have any suggestions for additional sups to either add to or replace my current stack ???
I have read the reviews about 'Axis-ht' and would like to give it ago ... will it help towards my aims?
