Cardio is between 30 and 40 minutes on treadmill 6 days a week, starting at 5.5kph and going up to 6.2kpm.
I also eat pears and make banana shakes with skimmed milk! Forgot to add that.

Here is what I would do:
Grenade
Cardio

Meal 1.
75 grams oats with spoonfull of honey
30 grams raisens
50 grams of whey isolate

Meal 2
75 wholegrain grams of rice
200 grams chicken breast + broccolli
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Meal 3
250 grams potato
200 grams coley fillet
spinach

WO
Grenade
cardio

Meal 4
PWO
50 grams whey isolate
50 grams glucose

Meal 5
steak casserole + green beans
200 grams potato

Meal 6
250 grams salmon
200 grams brocolli

EASY

Thanks PJ. I'll really try that. Do I still take my 50g of whey isolate IMMEDIATELY after WO as I have been doing?  I also take pure orange juice during WO.

Cardio afer your workout then pwo shake - drop the orange juice while training just drink water. Take some amino acids befor you train.
