Tank, where did you get the Pro stuff from which you take after WOs?  I take whey protein shake immediately after WO, do you think thats enough?

Yes and no mate.

Yes if you get home and have a good balanced meal with protein/carbs/veg.. no if its longer then an hour before you eat..

I take the carb supplement because i dont have any carbs when i get home. So my last dossage of carbs is nicely put in around 7pm.

Id take one deffentily after legs even if you do have carbs after..

Also id take if you are always nackerd atm..its down to personal preferance but i have alot more energy and i repair alot quicker while i use pro reovery so yes after all that rubbish i would recomend getting it..

If you want to get it off this site, then PM PJ to get it..or use the source you already get supplments off.

Yes you are bound to get sticking points where nothing seems to happen - but hang on in there bfore you know it you will be shedding the fat like there is no tomorrow! Too many fat burners is not good - some can even couneract the other. Keep it simple and just use one, plus that way its easier to gauge what is doing what - when u r using several fat burners at once you wont know what is doing what!

PJ, will it be OK if I drop the amount of carbs I am consuming?
This is my daily diet

  • 1.
    50 grams oats with spoonfull of honey + 2 slices of toast + mug of coffee.
    Creatine + grenade

    2.
    75 grams of rice + chicken breast + broccolli

    3. 75 grams of rice + tuna + sprouts
    50 gram whey protein shake with water

    WO during which I have orange drink and 50 gram whey protein shake with water immediately after.

    4.
    steak casserole + green beans (no potatoes)

    5.
    75 grams rice + chicken breast. or salmon

    Pre bed 50 grams of whey protein shake.

Cardio is between 30 and 40 minutes on treadmill 6 days a week, starting at 5.5kph and going up to 6.2kpm.
I also eat pears and make banana shakes with skimmed milk! Forgot to add that.

Here is what I would do:
Grenade
Cardio

Meal 1.
75 grams oats with spoonfull of honey
30 grams raisens
50 grams of whey isolate

Meal 2
75 wholegrain grams of rice
200 grams chicken breast + broccolli
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Meal 3
250 grams potato
200 grams coley fillet
spinach

WO
Grenade
cardio

Meal 4
PWO
50 grams whey isolate
50 grams glucose

Meal 5
steak casserole + green beans
200 grams potato

Meal 6
250 grams salmon
200 grams brocolli

EASY

Cardio afer your workout then pwo shake - drop the orange juice while training just drink water. Take some amino acids befor you train.
