It was supposed to be a day off. But i hadnt planned to do it on saturday so first two meals were what i would have had normally.
Because i was in town and had missed my normall eating time ended up having some freshly made raspberry and white chocolate cookies, they were lush.
Then when i got home later had brought a fresh, french stick and had a bacon buttie. So the rest of the day just ended up being rubbish. Not doing it again. Next weekend might just have same meals as i normally would and just up the carbs a little. And maybe have one meal of what i want. Felt really crap yesterday and it was a struggle to eat anything....!!!!
