Here's my diet to go with my first ever cycle of Tbol

Will be running 50mg ED 5-6 weeks

5ft 7   ,  11.5 stone

This is my diet my problem is working out the total protein, carbs, fats and cals....

Do you think this is enough of each what would you change ?

Bearing in mind i've just been cutting to get rid of excess body fat and don't want to put it back on with over doing carbs, but still wanting build as much lean muscle as i can obviously! !


Meal 1) 6.00am 60g Whey isolate mixed with 80g Oats, 1 strong coffee

Meal 2) 10.00am 250 grams of tuna, Small jacket potato 1 tea spoon light mayo, 1 banana and cup of coffee (no sugar)

Meal 3) 12.30 pm 250 grams skinless chicken breast, 100 grams of boiled rice, 1 cup mixed vegetables, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and water.

Meal 4) 3:00 pm 60g Whey isolate, 60g oats, 1 coffee

5.15 pm – 6.00 pm train (Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sun)

Meal 5) 6:10pm – (directly after training) 60 g pure Whey Isolate protein powder mixed in water.

Meal 6) 6:15 pm - Chicken, steak or fish with rice, potatoes or pasta and veg

Meal 7) 8.30 pm - 30g whey protein 2 weekabix

10.00pm - bedtimes Zzzz.

Tank, I'm gonna do some serious cutting!  Had a look at some fotos I took of my body and see that there is still a lot of fat there. Will need to drop the daily carbs dose I think.  Apart from upping the 40-50 minutes cardio, do you have any other suggestions? Perhaps increase the WO time?
