ok im 24 in may. my workout days veary cause im a ladscaper and try to fit it in around work but if i havnt got work for a while i try to do mondays chest and back , tues rest, weds legs, thurs rest, fri biceps and triceps, sat sun rest i stretch after workouts and do some warm ups before not with weight just body movments. i havnt got a stricked diet just eat normal 3-4 meals a day. i got a traped nerv in my left side of trap and my left shoulders got some probs too clicking and feels like its poping in and out of the joint some times but no pain but ive asked about this before on this site someone said i should see a phiso (not sure how u spell it). hope that helps |
