Can anybody recommend a slow release protein powder, im looking for something specific to take prior to going bed???

Hi andy i currently use Cytosport muscle milk its micellar casiean protein which digests very slow.
There is also syntrax matrix by bsn all though it pricey.
These 2 products are rated one of the best slow digesting proteins.
