i have seen alot of sites showing u how to do tricep extenions and some say with ur elbow pointing in front of u and others say to the side wich is right plz? cause i get afew problems when doing them as i hace said in another post.

I might be recording my self doing workouts soon to see if helps any one with there form. I like others started off with such rubbish form..

My gym workout partners are either competing or a qulified trainer so if get enough interst i might post some vids. other then that best way to learn form is ask your instructor. im crap at explaining through text at how to do workouts.
