Ive been reading the pages on the site which are very informative. Ive picked this out and need some guidance please.
A: 3-5 times the RDA of protein (grams per kg. bodyweight) in the form of hydrolysates (caseinates and whey). BSN Syntha 6 vs Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold?
B: 3 times the dosage of BCAA (as recommended by the manu-facturers). What supplement?
C: 2 times the level of Creatine, Arginine and HMB. Create Extreme? Arginine - dunno? HMB - HMB-1000?
D: 3 times the level of Glutamine. L-glutamine vs Pro-Glutamine?
E: Addition of ZMA. What supplement?
Can you give me the names of the supplements which you think are better.
