Ive been reading the pages on the site which are very informative. Ive picked this out and need some guidance please.

A: 3-5 times the RDA of protein (grams per kg. bodyweight) in the form of hydrolysates (caseinates and whey).
BSN Syntha 6 vs Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold?

B: 3 times the dosage of BCAA (as recommended by the manu-facturers).
What supplement?

C: 2 times the level of Creatine, Arginine and HMB.
Create Extreme? Arginine - dunno?  HMB - HMB-1000?

D: 3 times the level of Glutamine.
L-glutamine vs Pro-Glutamine?

E: Addition of ZMA.
What supplement?

Can you give me the names of the supplements which you think are better.

amino acids. you get them in protein. i dont take them personally. have took them in the past with my meals when i was new to training. dnt bother with them now plus i cant afford to

iv trained for like 4 month but recently had a PT for 2 month.. would i gain from taken them aswell as protein shakes u reckon?

its just a suplement. if you eat correct food and train correctly and rest correctly you will gain anyway. supplements do have there place. but alot of people expect to much from them. if you dont mind forking out for them then go ahead mate cant do no harm
